Full-time As an Education Counsellor at OnePoint, you will guide international students through one of the most important decisions of their lives — choosing what to study, where to study, and how to make it happen. You will work with students and their families to provide honest, well-informed advice on Australian universities, colleges, and visa pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective international students
- Assess academic background, English proficiency, budget, and career goals
- Recommend appropriate Australian universities, colleges, or pathway programs
- Manage applications including offer letter acceptance and CoE coordination
- Support students through Student Visa (Subclass 500) preparation
- Maintain accurate records in the case management system
- Stay current with Australian visa policy and university requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation
- Comfort with digital tools — Microsoft Office, CRM systems, video conferencing
Preferred
- Previous experience in education counselling, admissions, or migration
- Knowledge of the Australian education system and visa framework
- QEAC certification or willingness to obtain
- Additional languages (Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi)
Salary: AUD $65,000–$80,000 plus performance bonus
