Post-Study Work Stream
- Visa duration for post-study work stream visas are tailored to the level of qualification:
Bachelor’s: Maximum of 2 years.
Master’s: Maximum of 3 years.
Doctoral: Maximum of 3 years. - A current degree from an accredited Australian course is essential.
- Visa holders can include their family in their move to Australia.
- Processing times may vary and are subject to adjustments.
March 2024 Updates: Subclass 485 Visa
- English Requirement: IELTS score increased to 6.5.
- Test Validity: English test results must be obtained within 12 months before application.
Eligibility Criteria
- Under 50 years old.
- Hold an eligible visa.
- Recent CRICOS-registered course qualification.
- Meet stream-specific requirements.
- Complete an Australian course.
- Obtain police clearance.
- Enjoy full-time work rights.
- Provide OVHC for your application.
- Apply within 6 months of course completion.
- This is a temporary visa for work experience.
