How we work — six steps, no mysteries

Families deserve to know exactly what happens, in what order, and who does what. Here is the OnePoint journey from first conversation to arrival — the same process for every student, documented in your file at every stage.

Step 1 — Counsel (Week 1)*

A free session — in person in Lahore or Sargodha, or online. We review your academic record, English level, budget and goals, and answer your parents’ questions. You leave with a written summary of realistic options — even if the honest advice is ‘not yet’.

Step 2 — Select (Weeks 1–3)*

We shortlist destinations, universities and courses matched to your profile — with real costs in PKR beside every option. You choose; we never pressure.

Step 3 — Apply (Weeks 3–8)*

We prepare and submit your applications: transcripts, references, your statement of purpose refined with your counsellor, and every document verified before it leaves our office.

Step 4 — Offer (varies by university)*

As offers arrive we compare them with you — conditions, scholarships, total cost — and confirm your place at the institution you choose.

Step 5 — Visa documents (2–4 months before travel)*

We build your visa documentation to the destination’s published standards — financial evidence, forms, statements — and coach you for any interview with mock sessions.

Step 6 — Fly & arrive*

A pre-departure briefing for you and your parents covers travel, money, accommodation and your first week. For Australia, our Hobart and Sydney teams remain your point of contact after you land.
